Before we even set out to look at houses he set up a video conference to walk us through the process and help us prioritize our wants/needs in a new house. Having a clear picture of our combined top priorities came in very handy during all the viewings. Buying and selling during COVID was very tumultuous but Michael always made himself available to book viewings, even with short notice which helped us win our current home. He was also always respectful of proper COVID protocols. Michael did a walkthrough of our old home to suggest furniture placement and tips for showing. He also helped point out higher ROI projects out of a list we had planned to complete and recommended not doing lower ROI projects. We were put in full control of showing requests at our old house via a phone App which was streamlined and easy to use. We accepted an offer within the first week of listing. We felt he was always acting in our best interest and we are very pleased with the process and end results.
