What impressed me most about working with Mike was his "service after the sale". After closing on the new house, Mike did not just disappear; in the months after the closing, he reached out every couple of weeks to see how the house and I were getting along, and Mike was able to get some post-sale issues corrected by the seller at no cost to me.

Mike came recommend from two friends so we already expected to have a great experience with him but were still blown away by the level of service that Mike provided us. My fiancee and I were looking to purchase our first home and met with Mike many, many months before we intended to seriously look for homes. This didnt hamper our relationship at all though and Mike helped us figure out what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, a lender we could possibly work with and many other pieces of valuable information. He was also very knowledgeable about the area, recommending areas in town that matched both our style and our life goals. He was never pushy about purchasing a home sooner than we wanted and worked with us to see a few homes we were interested in seeing. He also provided the same level of service when we asked to see one house and when we asked to see 5 houses. When luck occurred and we found a home we wanted to move into earlier than expected, Mike was there to work fast and efficiently to help us get an offer in and worked to make sure we could move in at a time that still worked for us. Mike also helped us with the inspection process and by recommending steps we could take to make sure we had everything set for the closing. Mike was consistently available for any question we had, answering us nearly immediately. We would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone and will work him him again if we are ever looking to sell and buy again.
