We had a well-organized plan to get my home ready for sale which made everything go smoothly. He was always present, right up to the closing! I do work long hours and don't have family nearby, so when I couldn't make it to the town to handle paperwork Michael stepped in without hesitation. This made the entire experience stress-free. I worked with him 7 years ago when I purchased my first home and didn't hesitate to reach out to him again this past summer when I was ready to move from starter to forever home. There are several things I appreciate about Mike: 1. He makes you feel like you're his only client. He is very easy to reach and communicates updates to the process in real time. 2. He's very knowledgeable of the NJ market. Personally, I've worked with him to buy homes in both Monmouth and Ocean County. 3. He's a savvy negotiator, which is great because I'm not. This summer, he helped me sell my house for $25k over asking and buy my next home for $25k under asking -- who doesn't want an extra $50k in their pocket?! 4. He listens. He took the time understand what is important to me. He shares his expert advice and suggested approach, but is still flexible. At the end of the day, decisions were always mine to make. 5. He keeps in touch long after close. I've regularly heard from him during those 7 years before I was ready to move again. But hey, he's not perfect -- his jokes could still use some work.
