Connor Real Estate really came through for me. They sold my house quickly for my asking price.After a difficult experience with an agent from one of the big national chains which failed to find a buyer for my house in Lynn, I decided to try a local agent.So, that's when I met Mike Connor.And when I met him, I liked him so we listed the house with Connor Real Estate. It was a very different experience than we had with the national chain. No rushing. No pressure. He calmly told me he would find a buyer and sell my house. And that's exactly what he did.After a couple of weeks we had an offer and Mike did his due diligence and checked out the buyer first, then we accepted their offer. From there, everything went smoothly. And the reason it went smoothly was because Mike took care of everything. He had the snow removed at the property. He got a couple of broken window panes replaced. He was proactive in overcoming the little things that come up.He kept me informed of everything. He has the attitude that any problems can be solved. He guided us through every step and we closed the sale.I am not just completely satisfied with Connor Real Estate, I am very happy with them. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike Connor.
