ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough about how excellent Michael and Candace Cinquemano are as realtors. They have bent over backwards to help my husband and me find the perfect condo. If something came on the market, they made sure we could see it that same day. They even drove almost four hours round trip to FaceTime a property for us. We were not easy customers and asked tons of questions but they always got the answers to us quickly. They are hands down the best realtors we have ever worked with. Having bought and sold over 10 properties in the last several years, we have dealt with a lot of realtors. They are absolutely committed to helping you find that "perfect" place. I have not used them on the selling side but judging from their outstanding performance as our buyers' agents, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them and their 1% commission is an incredible deal!!

ZillowVERIFIEDCandice and Mike were great ! They are quick responders and communicate well! They were able to be flexible to my demanding schedule and veiw properties when I couldnt be present. They are capable of aggressive negotiations with difficult parties . They were able to find me exactly what I was looking for in a short time period in a limited market . I recommend them 10/10 and will be working with them again in the future !
