All of my professional life has focused on service. From the time I finished school, I built a career in the restaurant and catering industry that spanned over 25 years. Working my way up through the ranks, I initially became general manager of a large country club and catering facility, then spent several years at a 5-star luxury hotel, and ultimately owned my own restaurants here in Westchester.
