I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992 and a licensed Broker since 1998. I began my real estate career with Century 21 from 1992 thru 1998 and was an award-winning salesperson, one of the top in Connecticut for Century 21. I opened a Century 21 office in 1998. After deciding to leave Century 21, I opened my current office COLDWELL BANKER CALABRO & ASSOCIATES in 2003. As a Coldwell Banker Franchise, I have been able to gain exposure, training, and knowledge from this Brand. Our office currently has 28 agents and counting. I have been an award-winning salesperson with Coldwell Banker since we opened this Franchise. I was the #1 Coldwell Banker Salesperson in Connecticut from 2012-2018 and was #3 in 2019 based on closed units. I consistently rank in REAL Trends The Thousand that highlights the top one-half percent of the nation's real estate professionals. In 2017, I ranked #76 in North America and in 2018, I ranked #169. I have achieved the prestigious Coldwell Banker International Presidents Premier Award consistently over the past several years and will again in 2020.
