After showing us a number of homes that we had found on line and did not ultimately like, he found us the house we ultimately bought. There were many bumps in the purchasing process -- with the seller, the seller's attorney, our attorney -- but through it all Mike came through for us time and again. It was Mike, and not our attorney, that successfully negotiated the reduction in price, negotiated us not having to pay a lien on the property, and who came to our closing and got the deal done by yet again communicating when others failed. In addition, Mike went above and beyond many times and that includes after the sale was completed. Even today, a week after the sale, he followed-up with a job on the house when we could not. He works hard, is very personable, gets things done and, aside from being a good agent, is a good man as well.
