Gary Baird is one of the few Realtors who has been awarded the "5 Star Real Estate Professional" designation by Denver's 5280 Magazine, for the past 7 consecutive years. This award is based on overall client satisfaction and is done by independent research. Gary is also a former 16-year State Certified Appraiser, has provided expert courtroom testimony as a real estate value expert, built or flipped approximately 50 homes and has originated approximately 90 mortgage loans. Michael Baird, Co-Owner of HomeSalesCO, LLC, became a full time licensed real estate broker at the end of 2013 and is already one of the Metro area's top-producing real estate agents. Michael is now The Team Leader for HomeSales,LLC our family owned business. Michael has been awarded the Denver 5280 Magazine's 5-Star Real Estate Professional "Rising Star Award" for an unprecedented three consecutive years.
