ZillowVERIFIEDCold, Inflexible, and Lacked Basic Decency We rented from this landlord for over 3.5 years, always paid rent on time, maintained the property, and were respectful tenants. As a family with a 2-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a dog, we asked to stay just **three extra days** past the lease to ease our move-out process. After years of being reliable tenants, we thought this small request would be reasonable. Unfortunately, he flat-out refused. To make matters worse, when he went up on the rent after the second year he insisted we either FedEx the rent or hand-deliver it to him 40 min away since our bank didnt use his online method, rather than allowing any sort of modern or convenient payment method. We were forced to extend our U-Haul rental, scramble for a hotel last minute, and manage the chaos of moving with young children under added pressure aEUR" all of which couldve been avoided with just a little understanding. This experience showed a complete lack of compassion and flexibility. If you're looking for a landlord who sees tenants as people aEUR" not just contracts aEUR" this isnt the one. Would not recommend.

He helped keep us in the real world with expectations, and we ended up buying a house that has so much more than we could have imagined. When the covid-19 pandemic hit DFW, we had already put in an offer and set a closing date. Mikey was dedicated to self-isolating at his home for the safety of all parties, but was in constant communication with us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better realtor.
