I feel so lucky that I was introduced to Mia, because I dont think another realtor would have been able to get the deal done as swiftly, but still done very well, the way Mia did. I was selling my condo after 12 years of ownership, and I was on a quick timeline. The market has been deteriorating in 2023, so I wanted to sell quickly to get the most out of my investment. Mia and her team worked so fast to get all the needed documentation from me, and get my condo prepped for the market - all while I was living in LA. I was honestly a little skeptical how her reviews could be so uniformly high and glowing, but now I know why. From the start, Mia was incredibly responsive and answered all my initial questions with patience and professionalism that put me at ease much more so than the half-dozen other agents I interviewed. She didn?t back down at all from the extra work that such a complex listing would entail, and not only foresaw potential buyer issues that I hadn?t even though of such as the lack of parking, but even laid out plans on how to mitigate them. Once we had signed the listing agreement, Mia went to work and more than backed up her talk. She had the condo repainted, staged, photographed, and listing live within two weeks. Honestly, I was skeptical when she laid out her timeline expectations because they were so much faster than other agents, but she actually exceeded them. We signed May 23, and she had the listing live on June 4. The staging and photos were incredible, and the 3D tour/photos really showed off the unique layout and size of the condo. Mia sent me weekly updates and kept me fully informed throughout the selling process. She was proactive in introducing buyers to lenders that would handle SB800 condos and never let off the gas in marketing the condo like crazy. I really appreciate the work Mia and her team put in for this listing and they more than earned their commission. If you are looking for a buyer or listing agent, put Mia on your list of agents to interview. I bet you will see and hear the difference compared with other agents immediately, just as I did.
