So shes not wasting my time showing me properties are well above my price range or in locations that doesnt make sense. 2.) Thought partner- Mi is someone who will share her opinion, and I value her honestly. There are plenty of times I was interested in a property, and she could have made an easy saleaEUR|BUT she pulled back and reasoned if its overpriced, too much repairs, bad location, bad neighbors, etc. She respects my rationale, and I respect her expertise.3.) Attention to detail- Mi is someone who will advocate for a fair deal for you even if it means more work for her. She pays attention to the nuance of the contract, and the best person to work with especially during COVID and remotely. During negotiation, I felt at ease that Mi was taking care of the details.4.) Responsiveness- With busy realtors, it is easy to be set aside. Mi is responsive, and I felt prioritized 24/7.
