Mi was so easy and great to work with. We were in a unique situation in that we are remote (Bay Area) and purchasing a second home in the Reno/Sparks area for mixed use- investment and personal. I have bought and sold homes before, and from what I learned---There is no denying YOUR need for a good realtor that is honest and represents your best interest, and that is Mi. Here are my tenets and how Mi stacked up:1.) Understanding your needs- Mi is a strong listener. She understood that I need someone who will advocate for me and can show me around remotely. She understood what my goal is for the property. Most importantly, she doesnt talk over you and respects my knowledge. So shes not wasting my time showing me properties are well above my price range or in locations that doesnt make sense. 2.) Thought partner- Mi is someone who will share her opinion, and I value her honestly. There are plenty of times I was interested in a property, and she could have made an easy saleaEUR|BUT she pulled back and reasoned if its overpriced, too much repairs, bad location, bad neighbors, etc. She respects my rationale, and I respect her expertise.3.) Attention to detail- Mi is someone who will advocate for a fair deal for you even if it means more work for her. She pays attention to the nuance of the contract, and the best person to work with especially during COVID and remotely. During negotiation, I felt at ease that Mi was taking care of the details.4.) Responsiveness- With busy realtors, it is easy to be set aside. Mi is responsive, and I felt prioritized 24/7.
