ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Meryl only by chance and we are so grateful that we did. On our second trip to Charleston in November 2017, my fiancA(C) and I decided to look at areas where we might want to some day live. The first place we visited was Daniel Island and the first person we met was Meryl. Although it was late on a Saturday afternoon, she was happy to take us out and show us two areas that she felt would be perfect for us. We spent The rest of that afternoon walking through beautiful townhouses and exploring different neighborhoods. Meryl provided insight to each property and just enough of her personal opinion to help us decide that we were ready to purchase now and that there was no need to look for our dream house anywhere else. We flew home that weekend and then spent the next three weeks trying to decide as to which property to buy. We leaned on Meryl a lot for analysis and information which she provided both quickly and accurately. We returned to DI the first weekend of December after narrowing our choices down to two homes. That Saturday, we spent several hours again with Meryl running back and forth between the two choices until we finally came down to one on Sunday afternoon. At the end of the weekend, Meryl reviewed the contract with us and we signed off without any doubts and or worries. As I write this review, I am sitting in our dream house. Looking back through the contract and construction process, Meryl stayed in touch, monitored our progress and provided us with quality recommendations for an inspector and other professionals as the closing approached. The closing went smoothly after dodging hurricane Florence. And after a few short weeks, DI feels like our home. We appreciate everything that Meryl did for us and absolutely recommend her as a realtor and a professional.
