At first I actually thought she was listing it at too high of a price but I trusted her and took her advice. I'm extremely glad I did because it sold in just a little over a month very close to the listing price. She was very easy to talk to, very responsive, and worked extremely hard for me. I was a first time home buyer, and I tried three other local realtors prior to Merisa, and was dissatisfied with all of them. They would either show up 30 minutes late(or not at all), try to sway me into purchasing a home I didn't desire, or expect me to do all the house hunting myself, and for them to just show up and collect wages. Merisa though restored my faith in realtors. She was everything that the previous realtors should have been. She is punctual, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and very understanding. She never tried to push me to buy a home(even after we had been hunting for several months), and she regularly at all hours of the day and night answered my questions, since I was new to the whole house purchasing process. In the end I got the exact house I was looking for, and could not have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone.
