He helped my husband and I find a place for my in-laws as they navigated the very complicated process of downsizing from their home on the other side of town into an apartment close to us. He helped us find a rental for them within a matter of days that met all of the very specific criteria we identified for them in this next life chapter. I chose Meredith because she had put a flyer on my door handle about another property in the area she was selling. I liked her smart innovative marketing technique. Once I met and interviewed, Meredith and her entire team were very impressive. Throughout the whole sales experience I have been so happy with their hard work, creative marketing approach and exceptional flair. They worked very hard with continual special event showings and elegant open houses with musician performing, wine and cheese, coffee and donuts or cocktail bar to entice the viewers into looking around my house. They guided me expertly throughout the whole experience and made me feel like they cared about serving me well and cared about selling my house. Their level of professionalism was outstanding.
