The Truth about Meredith. A hint, shes better than they say. Our family made a decision to move back east to be closer to family, a decision that did not come lightly. We reached out to Meredith who we knew from the neighborhood to give us her thoughts on the market and how things work. What she came back with was brilliant and we knew we found our relator. What we didnt know is she doesnt come alone; she comes with a team. And let me tell you they are Great. Ive moved many times, had many relators, but no one like this. She had great recommendations on how to make the house feel more comfortable to an array of buyers and had the people to make it happen. They just help with every aspect of the process. Meredith is one stop shopping, hassle free. She and her team (I must mention Amanda who seemed to always be there at the right time every time) did so much more than I expected. It just would not have been possible to sell our home without them. Because of extraordinary circumstances we had to move between Christmas and New Years, and unfortunately, we did not compete everything that needed to be done. They stepped in and physically finished up for us over the holidays. Somehow our house was on the market weeks later, sold days later for over asking price.
