Founder of the Herbert Group and co-owner of FORTCO Construction. Meredith also is an accredited investor in Commercial and Residential properties so she understands how to net investors the most money. Meredith is a LP in multiple Syndications. Meredith has successfully grown her real estate business for the past 15 years.
