Meredith Benson helped us buy our first home. She made the process so easy and was always there to answer any questions we had. A few years later we had to sell the same home due to job relocation. We contacted Meredith right away. Dan and Meredith walked us through the whole process and made everything very easy for us. Our house sold extremely quick as well. They went above and beyond with the buying and selling process for us. We cant thank them enough! Id recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home in the area!

I would advise a buyer to first, call me, then we can start looking at homes... a lot of homes. Buyers may have an idea of what they like, but often end up buying something different from what they were expecting; as you look at different homes/neighborhoods/floorplans/styles etc, you start to get a feel for value/lifestyle/commuting etc. Looking at a lot of homes just adds to your education and your options.
I would advise the seller to hire a Real Estate Professional vs. trying to do it yourself. Agents know the market, they know the forms and negotiating strategies - it's what they do! Once you hire one... listen to their advice!
My last transaction, 2416 Zimmerman St, had been listed the previous year by another firm for $124,500, and had expired. I staged the house, took great photos, wrote a great description, listed it at $135,000 (and at less commission than what the last agent charged) and sold it... in 24 hours.... for $5,000 over asking price... That was awesome!
I have a degree in Architectural/Residential Design which offers me extensive knowledge of homes, inside and out! I have "flipped" about 15 properties, and know a lot of useful tips and tricks to do it well and stay under budget. As an owner of several rental properties, I understand the highs and lows of Real Estate Investing, and being a landlord.
