From the very beginning my husband and I were very hesitant about buying. We didnt know what we wanted or if we wanted to wait for interest rates to drop. Mercy showed us several homes that just werent working out. As we decided to hold off mercy showed us several floor plan options with DSLD new construction and we were sold! From the building process to the mortgage and lending till the end with closing and after, Mercy answered every question without hesitation! When things got rocky she proudly stepped up to the plate and went to battle for us!! We probably would have backed out had we not had Mercy on our team! We are so very thankful for her!!
