Melynni Jolliff

Hello! I am Melynni Jolliff, I am a native to the Ozarks. I have spent 30 years in the home industry, most of it as a cabinet and home remodel designer and owner of a cabinet company. The connections I made and the experience I gained has been very valuable in helping my clients to envision how their new property could look with a few changes here and there to make it their own. It is a asset knowing some trusted contractors and vendors to make it all happen. Another resource is my husband who is in the land development and improvement business so if you end up needing dirt work completed with a dozer, excavator, skid steer or dump truck, he would be happy to assist you.

Previous to the home industry, I graduated from Missouri State University and Southwest Baptist University and taught computer science at the West Plains R-7 School District as well worked for a law firm and three well known judges in Howell County. These work experiences brought me many new opportunities and the knowledge of how to negotiate solutions and solve difficult issues.

I also have many resources to help navigate you through the process: from lenders to get you pre-approved, platforms to search for a home, CMAs to guide buyers and sellers on the value of the homes, and the experience to negotiate a fair and reasonable price for both buyer and seller.

I love ALL properties of the Ozarks but I am very partial to homestead properties. My husband and I live on a remote farm in the beautiful Ozarks. My two sons, their wives and my precious grandkids live close by on the same farm. It brings me a lot of satisfaction to help people make their own escape from the city life and get back to the basics of a country life.
