Melvina is the best real estate agent we've ever had; she sold our investment home in a snap by pulling out all stops to get the best price for us, so we of course decided to use her to sell our commercial property. This lady is persistent, never wavered from our price point nor, did she make us feel bad for it after her bringing us several offers that we weren't interested in.
