Melvin was really helpful throughout my process purchasing a house. His communication skills were great, he was friendly and respectful. Whenever I wanted to see a house he made sure that both of us could have enough time to see everything, and he even asked questions to make sure the house I wanted was good for me. Due to some circumstances my closing took really long but he remained patient, and helpful. Melvin is a great option to help you find exactly what youre looking for, and to help you settle once you get your house.

Melvin is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable and wants the best for his client. I was working with him for about 6 months before my wife and I found the home we wanted. He never once pressured us or try to force us into a home we didn't love. He was even able to get a seller's concession for us. Melvin is very patient and helped us along the way when little hiccups would arise. Would definitely recommend him, and use him in the future again.
