Outstanding, great person and professional; second house bought with him. Melvin makes you feel like your needs are first priority. Considering we live in LA he offered to tour the property via video and provided all details about it, also provided every step of the process. Melvin exceeded in all aspects. Melvin is AMAZING! He went above and beyond for us. He was there every step of the way, answering questions and resolving issues and working to get us the best deal. even when we could not get a hold of the lender (which was often). After we moved in, we had a few questions and issues with the home. Melvin jumped right in and help us get those taken care of, even though he had no obligation to at that point. Anybody lucky enough to have him as their realtor should consider themselves very lucky. I highly recomend!
