We are so fortunate to have worked with Melody in both the buying our new home and selling our old one. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for her! "We have been working with Melody Hendrickson, she has been helping my husband and I finding our new home. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for her! Not sure if you are aware of our story but we had another agent who helped sell our home, she was dishonest with us, and we felt pressured if we were unsure about a certain home. We ended up having to give her more commission on the sale of our home to let us out of the buyer agent contract so that we could work with Melody. We are not happy we had to give her more because we felt like she didn't earn it, but in reality worth every penny not to have to deal with her. We couldn't go forward buying a home with that agent because we didn't know what to believe and what not to believe. Buying a home as we know is a huge investment and wasn't willing to have this other agent help us with that. Since working with Melody my stress level in general had decreased considerably, we feel more at ease knowing we are working with the right person. I've already referred Melody to multiple friends, as well as my loan officer and hope they chose to work with her. We are grateful to have met Melody and extremely satisfied with her work ethics. We are very excited to be closing on our new home next week, and so happy to have Melody help us with this process.
