Melody helped me purchase my first home. I wasn't currently living in WI so she went above and beyond to do video tours for me. She also very graciously answered my MANY questions. Not sure if you are aware of our story but we had another agent who helped sell our home, she was dishonest with us, and we felt pressured if we were unsure about a certain home. We ended up having to give her more commission on the sale of our home to let us out of the buyer agent contract so that we could work with Melody. We are not happy we had to give her more because we felt like she didn't earn it, but in reality worth every penny not to have to deal with her. We couldn't go forward buying a home with that agent because we didn't know what to believe and what not to believe. Buying a home as we know is a huge investment and wasn't willing to have this other agent help us with that. Since working with Melody my stress level in general had decreased considerably, we feel more at ease knowing we are working with the right person.
