ZillowVERIFIEDOur first experience with Melissa was purchasing out 1st home in 2004. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER. Here is why... We put our trust in her hands. Not only was she working for us, but she was also working for the seller of the house we ended up buying. She explained to us we didnt need a home inspection due to the previous potential buyers already getting one. That was a lie because she never proved to us that there even was another buyer or for that matter a home inspection. She explained to us that there was nothing wrong with the house. She had told us things that the previous owner fixed and repaired and it ended up costing us a lot of money due to the fact we trusted her guidance without getting a home inspection. Anyone that would hire her as their realtor, I hope you take this review into consideration

We did a lot of research on what we wanted and picked out homes that we would like to view. She was quick show us homes, suggest other homes, and to give the advantages and disadvantages of the properties in question. She was very responsive throughout the process and easy to work with. She is also a shrewd negotiator and truly interested in getting the best price for her client. Buying a home can be stressful, especially for first-timers. Not everyone realty service and realtor is knowledgeable and ethical. We are glad we had Melissa on our side throughout the process.
