ZillowVERIFIEDI was in negotiations with a property that Melissa had listed, Melissa was representing me as well as the seller,I worked on buying this for the better part of 10 days and thought we had a deal done. She told me she was sending a contract to be signed by me and then never sent it.I waited for the contract and Melissa never responded to my inquiry that night. The next day Melissa called me and said the owner of the property had an exclusive buyer that was listed on her listing agreement and that the property owner was going to sell to this person and that she also stated she would not receive a commission , because the seller had chosen to sell to this exclusive buyer. Now I look on her sold listings and she says she represented the buyer and the seller. I am considering further action now I see I was lied to and she misrepresented her self by saying she was not involved in the sale of the property. Property was on Salsbury Rd. in Minong Wi.date of service August 2020.
