Melissa Tassin

My name is Melissa Tassin with Team Freedom Real Estate. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. When I first entered the industry, I was juggling a full-time job, raising my children while my husband was stationed out of state, and pursuing real estate part time. I quickly fell in love with the hustle and everything real estate had to offer. After stepping away for a few years, I reignited my passion in 2021--first as a transaction coordinator, managing contracts from offer to close and supporting agents in meeting deadlines. That experience taught me a lot, but I realized my heart wasn't behind a desk--it was out in the field helping people. Now, as a full-time agent, I'm dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the home buying or selling process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible. I especially love working with first-time home buyers and veterans. My husband, Derek and I proudly help all of our clients as a team giving every transaction we handle our undivided attention.
