Melissa was really down to earth and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable and able to explain things so they were easily understood. Couldnt have been happier, Melissa sold a home for me. She was an absolute cornerstone in bringing the most money for it and following through to finalize the deal. She was extremely knowledgeable and made it very clear she had spent the time to educate herself in all aspects of getting the best price for my unique property. The exceptional part is Melissa didnt stop there. She was instrumental throughout the selling process, having made herself available to ensure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. As previously mentioned my property was very unique, therefore not easy to sell yet she got it done for top dollar.
