Throughout the home buying process, Mel was patient, informative, responsive and compassionate. My husband and I felt very supported and our concerns/anxiety about buying our first home were put at ease thanks to Mel and her team! Due to the craziness of the market right now, we had to visit homes within 24-hours and put an offer in immediately if we were interested - Mel responded right away when we sent her a home we were interested in seeing; she always got us in the same day, and walked us through the offer process and explained everything in detail. She even took the time when she was out of state to FaceTime with us while writing the first offer we put in on a home! And if for some reason Mel couldn't meet with us to visit a home, she ensured that someone on her team was with us (her awesome husband, Jeff - talk about a power couple!) so we were never alone.
