Hi, I'm Melissa Rolland, a Realtor with 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. I was born and raised in Connecticut and have always had a passion for helping others. After completing my education, I embarked on a career in marketing, training, and business development, helping individuals and organizations improve their skills. It was when I met my husband that I was introduced to the world of real estate. I joined his family business of real estate investing, fixing and flipping, and land lording. During my journey, my love for real estate grew, leading me to become first an investor and then a successful Realtor to help friends and family with their real estate needs. Aside from my professional accomplishments, I am a dedicated wife to my husband Todd, and a proud mother of three adult sons. My two oldest sons, both grown and flown, have served in the Army, while my youngest son, who has Down's Syndrome, is still at home with us. Family is everything to me, and I am passionate about health and wellness. I love spending time outdoors, hiking with my family and our rescue dog, Miley, who we consider to be part of our family.
