Melissa was amazing! We were first home buyers - so we had no clue. She worked tirelessly to find us a home in our price range that had what we wanted. Throughout the entire summer, she always got us showings quickly, at a time that was convenient for us. She was so reassuring when the market was so hot - and houses were being sold so fast we struggled to get through a showing before it had an offer. She was kind, responded quickly and always answered our questions. When things started to become rocky with our bank we chose to go through and our closing got delayed several times due communication issues from the lenders, Melissa was professional and advocated for us, kept us in the loop, worked hard to move the process along and did her very best to help us navigate this process. We are so thankful she was our agent and have our first home for the holidays because of her!
