From our first meeting to closing the sale Melissa McGuire has been so great to work with. I live out of state and Melissa McGuire made what could have been a difficult experience extremely easy! Melissa made suggestions to improve the appeal of the property like painting a few walls, carpet color and staging the property. Within a week we were under contract. Melissa has a well-deserved reputation in our condo complex for being the best. It's difficult to be brief as there are so many examples of going beyond what a realtor normally does. She anticipates what is needed, always two steps ahead. Knows who to hire for needed work, solves problems, has creative and proactive marketing skills. At the same time, is sensitive to your needs and wishes.
