If you want your property sold, Melissa is the one to get it sold. We had our condo for sale by owner, with no luck after two weeks, Melissa listed and sold our unit within days, for more then our asking price, when we were trying to sell it by owner. We walked away from closing after all fees and commission, with more in our pocket then if we had sold it on our own. We are extremely happy and will definitely use Melissa in the future.
