Melissa was a lifesaver with getting our house on the market very quickly! The photographer/videographer she recommended was great and turned around the pictures quickly. Our house went on the market on a Thursday and we had a bunch of showings and had 4 offers by Monday with multiple over asking price. Melissa was very responsive throughout the whole process and my husband and I could tell that she truly cared about us. Melissa handled everything and made the selling process a breeze. I highly recommend Melissa for others looking to sell or buy!

My overall experience with Melissa was excellent! She's had many years of experience. She was very knowledgeable on the town I was looking at. I bought this home on my own and never done this by myself, so technically, I was a first time buyer. I had many questions and I'm sure some of them were repetitive. None the less, she was very helpful, patient with me and was available for me. She guided me along the process. She was upfront with me and honest. If I ever need to sell or buy a home again, I will definitely use her. Furthermore, I would recommend her to anyone looking or buying!
