Melissa Hopkins

Melissa Hopkins is a licensed real estate agent in KS and MO--and founder of Hopkins Home Group, proudly serving the Kansas City metro in partnership with Hiatt Home Group and Keller Williams. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Melissa has lived on both coasts before making Kansas City home. She served eight years in the U.S. Navy, where she acted as a fiduciary to her service members regarding financial entitlements and critical career-related documentation--an experience that instilled in her a strong sense of accuracy, integrity, and service. Melissa is deeply passionate about real estate as a path to long-term wealth and believes in educating her clients to help them make confident, strategic decisions. As an experienced investor, she has been involved in private lending, rental property management, and full home renovations. Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys time with her family, boating, and cheering on her favorite teams--especially those with strong military or Kansas City roots.
