Melissa Griffin

For many years, my family dreamed of owning a home. Even as a child, I could feel the joy that my mom and dad felt when we moved in to our home in Bargersville, Indiana. I am thrilled that I get to be a part of that experience for other people. I would love to help you on every step of the home buying and home selling journey. In 2005, I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education that included a Middle School Science endorsement and seven years later earned my Master's in language education. I taught 7th and 8th grade Science for sixteen years to children from all walks of life and am now able to use all of the skills from teaching as a REALTOR®. Teaching children in their early teenage years has taught me many skills that I am now able to use in the real estate world. Patience, organization, and multi-tasking are just a few. I have learned how to make a swift turn from what I have planned when I see things are not working out. I know how to find the answers if I do not know them myself. Most importantly, I know how to communicate in a way that will help others understand.
