I could go on and on about the great job she did for us but what is most important to know is she is masterful at her job and equally important to me is be a person of high character and easy to work with. Melissa and Paul are excellent at what they do, and I would highly recommend them!When the house I had originally asked to look at received an offer, they showed me a few more that they thought I would be interested in, and I was very happy with the house I ended up with. Within a day of looking at it, they helped me make an offer below asking price (which is very rare in Dallas lately)! From that point forward, Melissa was there every step of the way. She even went as far as to call the lender when it seemed we wouldn't be able to close on time. I am now sitting comfortably in my first home, and I will be eternally grateful to her!
