I will also be there to guide you through the due diligence process that includes, but is not limited to, property appraisal, inspection and closing. For SELLERS, I will evaluate your property, and prepare a CMA - Comparative Market Analysis - to give you the information you need before you get ready to sell. I will give you guidance on how to best prepare your property for effective and successful marketing at a price that is realistic and attainable. I will also make sure your property is photographed expertly to showcase its best features and that it is marketed intensely so that it is seen by as many potential buyers as possible. My job for you will not end until I find you a buyer and negotiate the best deal possible on your behalf. I became a REALTOR® because I felt there was a need for professionals in this industry that were not only good at sales, they were good educators. Buying or selling property is probably one of the largest monetary transactions you will ever undertake and I feel it is critical to your personal success that you understand all the nuances of the process, and I am here to help you through that process.
