Melissa was absolutely wonderful selling our condo for us in just a few days at a great price we never expected and extremely appreciate! Melissa was professional and knowledgeable about all our questions and without her help we would not have been able to make the move from Rhode Island, where we have lived for seventy years, to Florida. Melissa allowed us to move before showing our condo giving us the time to pack up a lifetime to move to another state without worrying about showing the condo as well. We left everything in Melissa's hands knowing she would take care of our condo and its sale as we packed up a u-haul truck and began our drive to Florida with all our belongings and our little dog, Elly. No matter the time of day or night, Melissa would always answer my calls or texts or emails answering my many questions and easing my many concerns.
