Melissa is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had our home for sale with another realtor for about 2 months and we were barely getting any hits. It was very frustrating and something just didnt seem right, so my wife fired the other guy and we went ahead and hired Melissa. After meeting her right off the bat we knew this was gonna be a completely different experience. She had already come up with an entire game plan in her head on how everything was gonna go down by the time she left! and she certainly nailed it. After our first showing we had over 5+ offers on our house. We couldnt even believe it. So many people showed up to the showing, my elderly neighbor called me because she thought we were having a party and cars were taking up the entire street lol It felt so good to be in a position where you can have multiple choices rather than to be stuck with 1 or 2 options. I must say she was all around professional and honest throughout the whole process. She is definitely a top tier real estate agent and knows her stuff. The biggest thing about Melissa I liked and what made me trust her was how she always gave us options followed by her solid advice. Never not once did I ever feel pressured into making a deal. Me wife and I saw that it meant more to her than that, its about making your clients happy and feel good about the decision they made. We knew hiring her was the best decision we could have made because of how she handled everything. Shes hands down probably the best realtor on this site, and I'm not just saying that. Hire her and see for yourself, I'm sure this woman can sell anything.

I asked Melissa if I could leave her a review. Melissa was an amazing real Estate Agent. She worked with us for over 2 years because it really took us a long time to find what we wanted. Melissa always responded quickly to calls, text and emails and got us into see houses quickly. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, history of houses and a variety of other factors that would influence home buying. Melissa was a go getter and always looked out for our best interest. Melissa also sold our house for over asking price within a week of listing it. During the time that we were looking to list our house, she had surgery. Not only did she ensure that we had a coworker available for the open house and any showings, she still took all calls/ texts and emails while she was in recovery. This was truly beyond what anyone should have to do. On top of it all, she's funny and smart and a true joy of a person to work with. I can not recommend her highly enough. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa was showing an open house in Dighton that we attended. We asked her to propose a listing for our home. We were so impressed with her preparation and knowledge, we signed her, over several other local realtors. We also signed with her as a buyers agent. In the end we got our house sold, at very close to asking price, found a new house and negotiated that deal, all handled very professionally by Melissa. The new house was not finished, so she helped greatly in the schedule of closings, the use of escrow for unfinished rooms and all in a rapid 5 weeks time! She even helped with the closing on our purchase when both sides lawyers were against us on the escrow amount and structure. In all, a very challenging sequence of events handled beautifully by Melissa Barth.Highly recommended.
