ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa helped us make the move from Maryland. She found the right house and correct location. Not an easy task from another state. We signed a contract in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. It took 18 months to finish the build. Melissa would drive us around Raleigh to pick out options because we did not know the area. Our builder got very difficult to work with. She was our voice to the builder. She was always professional, always quick to respond and not just give an answer to brush you off. If she did not know, she would find out. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Being first time homebuyers my husband and I were referred to her by his sister. The entire process from when we initially met for the first time until offer accepted and closed was less than 5 months. With the market shifting between sellers and buyers, we were skeptical on if it was even plausible. Well Ill be damned that she didnt pull off the impossible. Location: perfect! Price: exactly what we quoted at the start. I would say we got really lucky but thats not a good enough word. She did what we hired her for! Appliances included and so many more little added bonuses. State of the property: not a single repair needed but of course we have plans to upgrade certain aspects in the near future. Couldnt have gone any better than it did. Shes highly knowledgeable in the real estate industry and shes most definitely got the clients best interest. Worth every penny and more than we gave her! Trust me completely unbiased. Youll want her services when it comes to finding a home you want. This might have started as a first time buyers journey but it turned out to be a hunt for our forever home. At the age of 33 and a 30 year mortgage, my husband and expecting our son to be born Mid-September we are perfectly okay with padding this home onto to him if he wants it down the line. Thank you Melissa for not letting us give up! Youll forever hold a special place in my heart for your relentless pursuit to get us what we wanted, for what we had for a budget and in the time frame we had set. You definitely know how to make miracles happen!!!!
