I will also discuss staging, safety, showing protocols, showing feedback, finance types, inspections, appraisals, and the handling of your closing documents. I want you to be educated and informed throughout the entire selling process while I care for your biggest investment! If you are in the market to buy a home, I will recommend lenders for your first step- the pre-approval. Next, I can help you with ANY home. That's correct, any home, listed by any Agent or Brokerage. I want to advocate for you as your Buyer Agent! There are many steps throughout the buying process that can be confusing and challenging- inclusions, inspections, closing costs, appraisals... you need a friend and home coach during this process! When I am not selling Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children, and 2 German Shepherds. As a family we fish, ride horses, and love the outdoors.
