Melinda is an experienced agent selling real estate throughout the Hudson Valley for over 8 years. With her business experience, Melinda started out her real estate career alongside a well respected mentor who assisted with helping her break into the REO/distressed property market. Here, she primarily assisting banks with the sale of their foreclosured inventory and assisted both banks & homeowners with the complex sale of their distressed properties. During COVID, the REO market came to a screeching halt with foreclosure moratoriums and so Melinda pivoted her business to primarily focus on New Construction homes. She was able to truly bring her marketing skills to best use in this arena, creating a vision for prospective buyers on how their new home would look and feel. Melinda has assisted multiple builders/developers throughout the Hudson Valley with the marketing and sales of their projects. With her hands on approach and desire to assist her builders with creating a quality product, Melinda consistently obtains higher than average returns for her clients. Melinda has acquired many acheivements, awards and designation including consistently being name a Top Producing Realtor in the Hudson Valley, year after year. She holds SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) & CIREC (Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certified) designations in addition to being named among Keller Williams KW Luxury & KW New Homes top agents. With Melinda's passion for business and development, her strengths are in analyzing properties and projects to identifying their strengths and weaknesses, then finding ways to accentuate the best qualities while creatively minimizing or diffusing any negative attributes. She excels in project and operations management while also paying mind to the smallest details that can make or break a deal.
