I inquired about a property. Multiple agents replied but she was available right away by text and voice call. She's gave me a verbal virtual walk thru right there on the phone with each picture. She's very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate at whatever your expierence level may be. I asked about about another property and she gave me what i needed almost immediately. I've worked with Realtors before and she's the real deal. Plus she has a great sense of humor. This all before I've completly a deal A++++.

Melinda came very highly recommend by my family after she has helped both my Mother and Father as well as My brother and sister-in-law find new houses. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a way that my wife and I, as first time home buyers, could understand. She was with us every step of the way from finding a mortgage lender to being with us to sign the closing papers.
