I have always enjoyed working with people. I started my Real Estate career in Clifton Park, NY where I quickly made my way to the top 10% of Real Estate agents in the Capital Region. In 2018 my husband and I decided to move our family to our hometown in Franklin County, NY. Mindy was AMAZING! I literally thank God for sending her my way because she was able to sell my house within a few weeks of listing, after I had previously thihad it listed for 6 months and only 1 showing with another realtor. She marketed it fantastically, kept me informed with anything that was happening (which was crucial since I was in living in the midwest by that point) and we had 3-4 showings each week starting week one. She's a ROCKSTAR!! I had numerous offers and we were able to close quickly without any issues. My only regret is that I didn't know of her earlier so I could have used her first.
