Melinda Ruivo

Melinda Ruivo is no stranger to real estate. Following in her mother's footsteps, she owned and managed a 10-family building in New York City. Upon moving to New Jersey, Melinda developed a commercial property into a successful florist shop, greenhouse nursery and bridal shop for over 25 years. In 1999, she relocated to New Hampshire where she owned and managed a highly desirable waterfront vacation rental for several years. The sum of all these experiences adds to her expertise and knowledge in finding solid investments for her clients from buying a home, land, commercial or vacation rental properties.
