What can we say about this amazing woman that came into our lives. As soon as we started looking in the market, we were overwhelmed with realtor's attempting to sign with us to find our new home, and sell our current home. None of them impressed us until one day I received a call from this extremely positive, upbeat, and most importantly, tenacious go getter named Melanie Tovar. Within 5 minutes of speaking to her, I knew she was the one, our "unicorn". My wife battles Stage IV Cancer and is very emotional and sensitive to this whole moving process, and when her and Melanie met, it was magical. The home buying and selling process is extremely difficult with many different layers. If you do not have the right person working for you and looking our for your best interest, it can quickly become a disaster. Melanie battled through the trenches side by side with us on two contracts in unison as a seller and as a buyer. Needless to say, it was difficult, and stressful on both myself, but even worse, my wife. Through the process however, we've never felt safer, and more comforted knowing that she was on top of every single aspect of both deals, and these were not easy deals by any means, but she led us through the process like a champion. My wife and I are both connected to her and will remain friends in the long term. Through this entire home selling/purchase process, Melanie is the most important asset we gained from the deal. If you're selling or buying, hands down, you need this woman in your corner.
