About Melanie Thomas

I relocated here to Central Florida from New York City back in 2003. We New Yorkers have a special appreciation for the Florida lifestyle (No Snow!) as it is so different to the hustle and bustle of New York. I bring that same enthusiasm that I felt when I moved here to all my interaction with my clients. Living in Florida is truly like being on vacation all year round. With over 20 years experience working with the public I have found that there is nothing more satisfying than the feeling you get when you know you have helped someone fulfill a lifelong dream. For many people home ownership is that dream. I cannot thank Melanie enough for her diligent efforts in helping our family find a home. She was flexible with our schedules, and quickly became our children's weekend best friend as we toured homes up and down the Space Coast. She was able to calculate our wants and needs, and found homes that were within our price range and that we would be comfortable in. One of my favorite things about Melanie was her patience and her ability to keep us hopeful when things felt overwhelming and impossible. Melanie did an exceptional job! I loved working with her as a 1st time home buyer. She went above and beyond when meeting my wants and needs. She explained everything to a aEURoeTaEUR? if I didnt quite understand certain things, she also researched topics if she wasnt aware of it. But also made me do my own due diligence as well!
