She visited a home on just a day's notice and gave us a tourA of the property over the phone. After the tour, she talked through all of the positives and some of the complications of the property. We didn't end up making an offer, but Melanie supported us in seeing other homes and sending us property listings. She met with a family member to tour other homes for us and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, when we found the house we wanted, we were up against a number of other offers and on a very short timeline. Melanie suggested a price and explained how an escalation clause works. There were offers higher than ours, but with the escalationA clause, and the letter she suggested we write to the owners, our offer was selected.
