Melanie and her team are hands down the best real estate team in the area. A few years ago she quickly sold my grandmothers house after another realtor had no success doing so. When we decided to move to the area, we contacted her immediately. We were moving long distance and needed to find something quickly with how fast our home sold on the other end. Melanie was consistent with sending us listings that met our needs and was always accessible for questions as well as showings on short notice. It was a competitive market at the time that we purchased, and Melanie stayed grounded, focused and offered expert insight and advice when we needed it. She clearly explained the offer process for us in PA as it is very different from what we were used to where we lived previously, and even more importantly she patiently answered all our questions. We had one home fall through due to issues at inspection, and Melanie advised us well every step of the way so that we were able make decisions about our next steps. She was able to provide us with a recommended electrical contractor to inspect one of the homes electrical systems and even met him for the inspection because we were out of state. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is professional, kind, hardworking, patient, great at communicating and will go to bat for her clients when necessary. I would recommend her a hundred times over!
