Melanie was terrific! She was super responsive, always returned my calls and emails, ... and never hesitated to follow up and prod those who needed prodding. She was a delight to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future. Melanie, represented me in the sale of a lake lot on lake Keowee that was part of a reverse exchange and was more complicated than normal. The stress and complexity of this transaction was exacerbated by the 180 day deadline that required everything to finished within two weeks of the closing. After the closing, the wiring of the funds did not take place as contractually specified and it put the reverse exchange in jeopardy. Melanie communicated with me on a daily basis, represented me to the buyers agent through emails, texts and phone calls - also on a daily basis, and even participated on conference calls with me and my reverse exchange consultants to strategize how we could push the deal over the finish line. IMO, Melanie went well beyond what was required on her part to help make sure my deal didn't fall through!
